Visiting the Church:
We understand the importance of being prepared when visiting a new place for the first time. We sincerely hope that you plan to visit us in one of our church events as highlighted on the schedule of events. Weekly Services:
UK community uses both physical and virtual services. Virtual services are done every week and mid-week. Physical services follow a Calendar of events to cover the whole country in various towns and cities (please see the calendar of events). The events will have different themes of focus around the arms of the church being attended on a Saturday that is Mother’s meeting, Youth services, Evangelical Brothers and Apostle Service on a Sunday. We are working through the various officers to establish monthly physical holy communion service in various places.
Holy Communion Service:
Every first week of the month, we hold a Holy Communion service. During this service, there is an additional hour dedicated to social gathering. The social gathering includes presentations by local community, Sunday schools, youth, and singing.
Special Service Gatherings
We also have special service gatherings that begin on Saturdays. These include:
- Sealing Service: This annual service, occurring in the first quarter of each year, lasts approximately two hours. It is a service for the Baptism by the Holy Spirit and is conducted by an Apostle.
- Thanksgiving Service: Led by the Chief Apostle or an Apostle appointed by him, this service starts with a Saturday social gathering of music and presentations, lasting about 3-4 hours. The Sunday Apostle Service, from preparations to the end, lasts approximately 3 hours.
- Apostle Welcome Service: Led by the Apostle, this service begins with a Saturday social gathering of music and presentations, lasting about 3-4 hours. The Sunday Apostle Service, from preparations to the end, lasts approximately 3 hours.
Holy Sealing service:- Led by an Apostle lasting for a maximum of 2 hrs.
Special Prayer Meetings:
We have specific prayer meetings for various groups:
- Mothers Prayer Meetings: For one day covering 3-5hours, in the UK this is currently done on a Saturday with Sunday being an Apostle service. In other countries this service spans for a maximum of three days, we expect to have multiple days in time.
- Youth Service Meetings: Typically spanning 2 days with 3-hour sessions each. Saturday will mainly be activities like singing, testifying, site seeing and outdoor activities. On Sunday will be an Apostle service on which the Apostle lead the service together with selected youth members both male and female.
- Evangelical Brothers Meetings: Typically spanning 2 days with 3-hour sessions each. Day one is typically breaking of bread, enrobing, singing by the Evangelical brothers. And Day two will be the continuation of the service but now includes the whole congregation.
